Store Policies

The Pop Culture Store offers the following Returns Policy of a refund or store credit (you choose) if item is returned within 14 days of your receipt in the same condition that it was sent out to you. Please email me at sstcmx@aol.com for a return authorization number prior to sending the item. Your item(s) will be packaged with great care to avoid any potential shipping problems. However, I am not responsible for any damaged items if the item is sent without the insurance option.
